   What if I feel nervous about having a stranger in my home?

 We understand that your home is a private and personal space.  

Our friendly service providers are trained to establish a comfortable level of interaction with each client. Please do not hesitate to let them know of any questions or concerns that you might have.


  Do your service providers undergo drug screening and background checks?

Part of our hiring process includes a mandatory background check and illegal substance screening for every employee. All In One Housekeeping has a zero-tolerance policy relating to employee use of illegal substances.


   How do I know my personal information is kept confidential?

Upon employment, our employees must sign a mandatory non-disclosure contract. The contract states that they will not disclose personal information about clients or clients’ property outside of work environments.  As outlined in our Privacy Policy, sometimes it is necessary for us to collect personal information. We collect personal information for payment processing and identity verification.  


    Does All In One Housekeeping keep entry keys in a safe?

   We recommend a security lockbox to store entry keys. We may also arrange for entry to a property according to the actions and wishes of the property owner, or whatever is most comfortable for our client.




      Is there a difference between cleaning and disinfecting?

  Cleaning products help in the removal of food residue, oil, and dirt while disinfecting products remove bacteria from surfaces. Disinfecting is vital in managing bacteria build up on areas like doorknobs, light switches, bathrooms, kitchens, trash areas, and floor areas. Disinfection helps slow the spread of infectious illness and potentially harmful bacteria and viruses. 

During the Coronavirus epidemic and as part of our ongoing disinfecting protocols, our company utilizes effective technology and products to eliminate viruses and bacteria.


   What if I’m not satisfied with my service?

If upon reasonable grounds* a client is not satisfied with the service we have provided, we will issue a refund of the service fee minus a thirty-dollar cleaning product fee.
