Do your service providers undergo drug screening and background checks?
Part of our hiring process includes a mandatory background check and illegal substance screening for every employee. All In One Housekeeping has a zero-tolerance policy relating to employee use of illegal substances.
How do I know my personal information is kept confidential?
Does All In One Housekeeping keep entry keys in a safe?
We recommend a security lock box to store entry keys if there is a need for that measure, to be held at a location determined by the client.
What happens if something in my home gets damaged by a service provider?
All In One Housekeeping is insured against accidental damages. In the unfortunate case of property damage, we will follow the policy procedures of our insurance carrier.
Is there a difference between cleaning and disinfecting?
Cleaning products help in the removal of food residue, oil, and dirt while disinfecting products remove bacteria from surfaces. Disinfecting is vital in managing bacteria build up on areas like doorknobs, light switches, bathrooms, kitchens, trash areas, and floor areas. Disinfection helps slow the spread of infectious illness and potentially harmful bacteria.
What if I’m not satisfied with my service?
If upon reasonable grounds* a client is not satisfied with the service we have provided, we will issue a refund of the service fee minus a thirty dollar cleaning product fee.
